Brad is the Designated Broker/Owner of Spokane Real Estate & Property Management. Brad has also been the Associate Broker for Windermere North. In 2004 Brad accomplished the highest "rookie sales" to date for Windermere's north office. Brad taught Windermere agents the benefits and techniques of efficiently utilizing technology for their client's benefits. Additionally, Brad taught Windermere's new agents through a comprehensive 15 week course covering all the essentials for successful real estate practices. Brad has received the e-PRO designation through the National Association of Realtors for technology education. Less than 1% of Realtors have successfully completed the e-PRO curriculum. Your computer will be updated with homes, which fit within your criteria, each time you turn it on. Brad was awarded the 2007 "Top 50" agents in Spokane award. Brad has also received the Spokane Association of Realtors Excellence Award in 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009 2010 and 2011. Brad is active on several Spokane Association of Realtor Boards including: Grievance (ethics), Technology and Forms. |

Brad is a Spokane native. After graduating from North Central High School, Brad earned a Communication Degree from the University of Idaho. Brad has extensive marketing experience working with national, regional and local marketing strategies. PING Golf hired Brad to market golf accessories nation wide. The Spokane Regional Sports Commission and the Spokane Convention and Visitors Bureau hired Brad to market Spokane County to visitors from around the world. The cities of Tacoma, Fife, Puyallup, Lakewood and Pierce County have all hired Brad for his Sports Marketing strategies.
